How we keep medal information current
Published guidance
The team reviews published government and service guidance, records source dates and updates medal data when official information changes. Every medal page lists its sources.
Manual checks
Complex or unusual groups receive manual review before production. When sources genuinely conflict, we preserve the conflict for expert review rather than guessing.
What we do not do
The builder supports order and product configuration. It does not determine entitlement, the customer remains responsible for checking the recipient's official award record.

Orders are prepared in Canberra and reviewed against the selected jurisdiction and published order of wear guidance before production begins. The team contacts you when an award, clasp, layout or personal detail needs clarification.
